For every group of four (4) delegates from one organisation, the 5th delegate may attend free of charge. 

Face-to Face Conference

Fees include VAT, welcoming function on the Wednesday night, boat cruise and dinner on Thursday night, lunches on the Thursday and Friday, morning and afternoon teas / coffees and snacks.
Registration fees also include conference material, refreshments, but exclude accommodation and traveling costs.

Cancellations cannot be refunded later than ten working days prior to the conference date. Cancellations prior to 10 days before the conference date will be refunded less a 20% cancellation fee. Substitution of delegates will be permitted. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
